Conflict has always fascinated me, not because of the disagreements themselves, but because of what becomes possible when people find a way through them.

My career has taken me through community-based services, childcare, emergency management, and public-sector leadership support. Throughout these roles, I have worked alongside people facing uncertainty, change, competing interests, and difficult decisions. I have seen the impact that unresolved conflict can have on individuals, families, workplaces, and communities, and I have also witnessed how transformative meaningful dialogue can be.

These experiences inspired me to pursue mediation and conflict resolution as a way of helping people move beyond positions and toward understanding.

As a mediator, I bring a calm presence, thoughtful listening, and an unwavering commitment to fairness. My goal is not to decide outcomes for people but to help them have the conversations that allow them to create their own. I believe that conflict, when navigated well, can become an opportunity for growth, stronger relationships, and better decisions.

When I am not working with clients, I continue to serve in emergency planning and public service, where collaboration, communication, and relationship-building remain central to everything I do.
